Our manufacturers produce the highest quality products available today.  To insure complete customer satisfaction, the manufacturers will repair or replace, any product if it is proven defective because of materials or workmanship.  This warranty does not cover pads or straps, which wear and require replacement under normal use.  This warranty also does not cover repair or replacement caused by misuse, abuse, alteration or accidental damage.  Ortholabs.com will pay the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for a new item if the item delivered to you was incorrect due to our error.

All unused products may be returned for credit, minus a 15% restocking charge and the shipping/handling cost by following the steps below

1. Contact us within 5 business days of the day the order was received for an RMA number.

2. All products must be in unworn condition and in original packaging and unsoiled.

3. Product must be returned to us within one week from the day you receive an RMA number.

4. Some products may have been sent to you directly from the manufacturer (drop-shipped), however the correct address to send ALL items purchased from Ortholabs.com for returns is:

We are not responsible for items NOT sent to this address.  Do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer directly.  The manufacturer will NOT notify us of the return, or credit your account.  We cannot track an item for return that has been sent to any address other than the above. 

ANY ITEM NOT RETURNED TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR RETURN.

If you are EXCHANGING an item for a different size or another item, the restocking fee will be waived.  YOU MUST notify us of the exchange at the time you ask for an RMA number.
