Most items are shipped directly from one of our three offices or your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  You may receive more than one package if you placed a large order.  There will be no additional charge due to multiple deliveries. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately notify you and the item will be shipped according to your instructions when it becomes available.  Once your order has been entered into our system you will receive an acknowledgement Email containing the details of your order then once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) so that you can see exactly when your order will arrive.  You can always sign into your account on our website to see the status of your order.

Online orders are shipped either UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day (before 10:30AM EST) or US Priority Mail, unless you request a different method.  Heavier items (durable medical equipment) will usually be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.  If there is any choice involved we will contact you to offer you the opportunity to decide the best shipping method for your needs.

We offer free UPS ground shipping service for all orders over $100 within the continental US.  We reserve the right to change or discontinue our free shipping offer at any time.  Listed below are the standard shipping rates for most orders (not including bulk orders)
